Thirteen years ago, with support from the SEB program and the London Small Business Centre, I opened the doors to Rite Careers—a space dedicated to helping everyday professionals grow, pivot, and thrive in their careers.
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with:
- 🌱 High school students landing their first jobs
- 🎓 New grads translating academic experience into employment
- 🌍 International professionals navigating the Canadian job market
- 🔄 Mid-career changers and semi-retirees reinventing themselves
- 🧭 Individuals across industries and levels—from entry to executive
What unites them? A desire to be seen, heard, and hired for who they truly are.
Over the years, I’ve learned that career success isn’t just about resumes or interviews—it’s about helping people find their voice, own their strengths, and believe in their worth. My coaching style blends attentive listening, honest feedback, and story-driven strategy to help clients show up with clarity and confidence.
This past year brought personal health challenges, but it also reaffirmed my purpose: I still have so much to give—and so many people I want to help.
If we’ve worked together and you found value in our time, I’d be grateful for a LinkedIn recommendation or Google review.
Even more meaningful? Refer someone who’s ready for a career shift, a confidence boost, or a fresh start. Your referral could be the spark that changes their life.
Here’s to 13 years of growth—and to the next chapter of helping others find career happiness.
