I write a variety of resumes with a very high percentage of my clients getting interviews. I like to keep things very simplistic so here are my keys for getting attraction for your resume.
RELEVANT– include on your resume information that is relevant to the position you want to do next in your career progression, focus on your skills not just job duties.
IMPRESSIVE – does your resume impress the reader that he or she wants to know more about how you can meet their internal challenges
TRUTHFUL – are you being truthful in giving the right information regarding your education, technical skills and experiences, this can jeopardize you in the long run.
EDIT – for every job position you are interested in you need to edit your resume to illustrate how your background matches the job description and the industry keywords
